The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Montebello, CA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups. Compensation $60-$64 per hour Full-time hours available Comprehensive benefits package Health & wellness stipend 401(k) retirement plan Position Details School Year: August 17, 2026 - June 11, 2027 Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Onsite services only What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies Travel between school sites as needed Student Population Preschool through Adult Transition Programs General Education and Special Education settings Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Emotional Disturbance (ED) Other Health Impairments (OHI) Medically fragile students Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Minimum 10 months of ABA experience Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations Preferred Qualifications School-based experience Bilingual Spanish/English Why Join The Stepping Stones Group?
