Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent role based in Tulsa, OK. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with clients to help them buy, sell, and lease real property, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and preparing comparative market analyses. Responsibilities include managing listings, drafting and reviewing contracts and related documents, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. The role involves regular prospecting and lead generation, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, and building long‑term relationships through excellent customer service. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and local market trends Experience in Real Estate and Sales, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing transactions Strong Customer Service skills with a client‑focused mindset and ability to build lasting relationships Knowledge of Real Property principles, valuation, and basic financing concepts Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on‑site in Tulsa, OK, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple clients and listings Proficiency with real estate CRM tools, online listing platforms, and standard office software High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for showings and client meetings Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
