What You'll Do

• Greet customers in the service drive and provide a professional, first-class service experience
• Write repair orders accurately and document customer concerns thoroughly
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations
• Review multi-point inspection results and present findings clearly and confidently
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow, proper diagnosis, and timely repairs
• Communicate repair updates, estimates, and timelines to customers
• Close repair orders accurately while maintaining dealership and manufacturer standards
• Build customer loyalty through outstanding communication and follow-up
• Consistently contribute to service department sales, customer retention, and customer satisfaction goals

What You'll Bring

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Automotive Service Consultant experience required
• Proven success working in a high-volume dealership service department
• Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a large number of repair orders effectively
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Basic automotive mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Experience reviewing inspections and presenting service recommendations
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Hyundai experience is a plus, but all manufacturer experience is welcome
