Call Center Representative

• Must be already located in California and Authorized to work in the US as our W2 employee.
• Must have at least 2 years of customer experience. Healthcare call center experience is a plus.
• This is an hourly paid position (no PTO), 40 hours per week.
• Begins as a contract role, goes through March 2027, potential to extend or convert to permanent.

Duties Handle inbound calls, resolve member issues of all types (RX, PCP, Benefits, Eligibility) Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations or complaints. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions. Qualifications Must be able to pass a background check, drug testing, education and employment verification. Start date is November 23rd (The first 6 weeks are paid training, 100% attendance is required during training, no exceptions). Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have strong internet connection (other equipment is provided) and ethernet cord. Computer literacy is required, must be skilled in Microsoft office and be able to learn new technology 2 years minimum proven experience in a customer service role.
