Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the retail and uniform management industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Uniform and Gear Programs team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a problem‑solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Program Manager Location: Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX - Onsite Duration: 9+ months with highly possible extension / conversion What's the Job? Develop project plans, schedules, and oversee budgets for the uniform program supporting the Consumer Group. Lead the preparation, launch, and ongoing sustainability of quarterly uniform initiatives. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and timely delivery of services and products. Implement process controls to optimize inventory management and reduce buybacks annually. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline program operations. What's Needed? Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. 4-7 years of experience in organizational programs, project management, or related areas. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. What's in it for me?
