Full‑Time Licensed Sales Producer – Farmers Insurance District 3504 Thomas Humphreys Farmers Insurance Agency, a top 1% President’s Council district, seeks dedicated professionals to join our team. As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will serve clients, offer insurance products, and grow within a high‑performance culture. Responsibilities Call and connect with all given leads daily. Develop insurance quotes, present sales solutions, and close sales. Bundle products and close a high percentage of leads. Secure trailing documents from customers. Handle incoming calls and follow‑up with clients. Complete evidence of insurance requests. Document customer contacts into the data system. Ask for referrals and explain the referral program. Adhere to underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Work from home; hybrid schedule available after training completion. Requirements Active Texas Property & Casualty General Lines license. Minimum five years of insurance sales experience. Farmers experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
