With a robust product roadmap and new opportunities on the horizon, we're looking for a Senior Engineer to help scale our platform and build new products. This role offers the chance to work closely with our Co-founders and senior engineers, contributing directly to the growth of the company as we move from Seed to Series A and beyond. If you're excited about scaling impactful products and building in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, reach out.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain critical user-facing products and backend systems that power our platformContribute to and help evolve our core backend architecture, focusing on scalability and performanceCollaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership to align technical solutions with business needsDrive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentationPlay a key role in shaping engineering culture, contributing to hiring efforts, and potentially mentoring or leading other engineers over timeWhat You'll Need5+ years of experience in web developmentStrong backend development skills with a preference for full stack engineersProven ability to create scalable performant solutions within aggressive deadlinesProven experience working in Ruby (or similar backend languages or willingness to learn), with the ability to ramp up quickly in our stackComfortable working across the stack, with React/Next.js and TypeScript strongly preferredYou are already running AI coding agents autonomously, including overnight, to ship. Daily Claude Code use is table stakesExperience integrating with third-party APIs: OAuth flows, webhooks, rate limits, indempotencyTrack record of owning services in production.
