We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer) to design, develop, and support modern enterprise web applications. In this role, you will work across the full technology stack, building scalable front-end and back-end solutions using React, Node.js, .NET/C#, and Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate within Agile teams to deliver secure, high-quality software while leveraging modern development practices, cloud-native technologies, AI-assisted engineering tools, and DevOps automation.The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack development expertise with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence. This role requires hands-on experience building large-scale web applications, APIs, and microservices, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and contribute to architecture, security, and application modernization initiatives.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features for enterprise web applicationsBuild and maintain scalable microservices, REST APIs, and backend services using Node.js, .NET Core/C#, and Azure cloud servicesDevelop responsive, component-based user interfaces using ReactJS and modern SPA frameworksTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues to ensure reliability, performance, and availabilityImplement secure coding practices and address application security vulnerabilitiesUtilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity and software deliveryParticipate in Agile ceremonies, solution design, code reviews, sprint planning, and estimation activitiesContribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and infrastructure management using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and TerraformEvaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovationCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and promote engineering excellence through knowledge sharing and adoption of standardsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
