$125,000 - $150,000 yearly Total Compensation

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and expertise.
• Collaborate with our team to design comprehensive financial plans that align with clients' long-term objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to offer clients the most current advice and products.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' portfolios to ensure their financial strategies remain aligned with their evolving goals.
• Utilize our advanced tools and resources to streamline the sales process and enhance client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on client relationship management.
• Ability to assess financial objectives and develop tailored strategies in retirement planning, insurance, and tax services.
• Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients towards financial stability and confidence.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to share insights and strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing company-provided tools and resources to enhance client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and expand a client portfolio in the Richmond area.
• Life/Health/Annuity license required.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 Preferred.
