Summary The Manager, Employee Experience & Culture, North America partners with the Head of EXC to activate and deliver employee experience and culture strategies across the region. This role implements programs, manages projects, and drafts communications that translate data and strategy into meaningful employee experiences for retail, distribution, corporate, and wholesale populations. The manager leverages people insights and analytics to prioritize initiatives and measure impact across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities Roll out EXC initiatives with clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Use global employee survey data and people analytics to identify priorities and measure impact in NA. Draft clear, compelling communications to engage employees and leaders on EXC initiatives. Partner with Global EXC, ELX, People Business Partners, and business leaders to implement and adapt tools and resources for NA populations. Maintain relationships across retail, DC, corporate, and wholesale to build trust and drive adoption of EXC programs. Requirements Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to operate proactively and independently. Experience working across retail, distribution center, and corporate environments to deliver employee experience initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build credibility with leaders and cross-functional partners.
