The OpportunityPremier Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Circleville, Ohio to help residents build skills for safer, more independent daily living. You’ll carry out treatment plans under an OT’s direction, document progress, and partner with the care team to support patient-centered goals.Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic interventions, adapting activities and equipment, tracking outcomes, and communicating updates to clinicians and families as appropriate.Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited OTA program- Current COTA/OTA licensure in Ohio- CPR preferred; strong documentation and communication skills- Experience in skilled nursing/senior care is a plusIf you’re ready to make a meaningful difference as a PRN COTA, apply today.Your Typical ShiftYou’ll start by reviewing the day’s schedule and notes, then move between resident rooms and therapy spaces to guide purposeful, hands-on sessions.
