Law Firm Intake Specialist

Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Compensation $20 - $25 per hour plus bonus DOE Qualifications 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or legal intake (personal injury experience a plus) Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence A naturally empathetic and persuasive personality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and a passion for helping people during difficult times High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous legal experience a plus Strong computer and data entry skills Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries from potential new clients Listen with empathy, assess case eligibility, and explain the intake process clearly Convert qualified leads into signed clients using professional communication and follow-up skills Gather detailed information about potential clients and document all interactions accurately Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure seamless handoff of new cases Maintain an upbeat, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor at all times Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently #J-18808-Ljbffr Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys
