Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse

The Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry setting. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Patients may have a range of medical and surgical diagnoses requiring close monitoring and care. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for optimal patient outcomes. The role involves following established protocols and procedures to ensure quality care. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with the specified charting systems is preferred. Attention to patient safety and comfort is a top priority. Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to support unit needs is required.
