Order Processing Specialist

Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Order Support to serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, addressing parts inquiries and order requests in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, providing pricing and availability information, processing customer orders, and monitoring open orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This role also involves tracking priority orders, coordinating expedited shipments when necessary, and proactively following through on customer needs to maintain a high level of service and support. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience using ERP, inventory management, or order-entry systems preferred. Ability to read and understand parts catalogs, BOMs, technical documentation, and product information. Willingness to learn technical equipment, products, and component applications. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently. Parts sales, industrial equipment, manufacturing, construction equipment, heavy equipment, automotive parts, or customer support experience.
