Bilingual Payroll Specialist

PrideStaff Atlanta South is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join a rapidly growing, industry-leading trade contractor in Fayetteville, GA. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Manage and execute weekly/bi-weekly payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees. Data Verification: Review timecards, resolve discrepancies, and track overtime, PTO, and deductions. Bilingual Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries in both English and Spanish . Accounting Support: Assist the finance team with basic accounts payable/receivable tasks, data entry, and general ledger reconciliations. Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Position Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated payroll and general accounting experience. Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is strictly required. Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
