Founding Sales Recruiter: Build the AI Revenue Engine

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services and backbones of the American economy. We’re hiring a senior sales recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across BD, Mid-Market, and Enterprise roles in a fast-growing startup environment in San Francisco.
You’ll build outbound talent pipelines, partner with leadership to define hiring profiles, and tell the Netic story to top candidates while tracking funnel metrics and improving outcomes.
