Strella
Strella is seeking a senior recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for GTM and Engineering. You will partner with founders and GTM leaders to define role requirements, build interview plans, and drive the recruiting process from intake to offer. You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Gem, and other channels, maintain a warm bench, and close candidates by communicating Strella's story, equity opportunities, and growth trajectory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
