The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-oriented FARM Agreement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on preparing, reviewing, and managing client contracts that include legal land descriptions and confidential information. You’ll serve as a key partner to clients and internal teams ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do Review deeds and trust documents to confirm legal property ownership Prepare and manage farm management agreements and related government forms Translate legal land descriptions using documentation and mapping tools Act as the go-to resource for complex contract questions and escalations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate system entry and reporting-li> Track, follow up, and secure executed documents from clients Submit required documentation to the Farm Service Agency (FSA) Maintain current regulatory forms (USDA, IRS, etc.) Communicate with clients regarding ownership changes, estate transitions, and updates What You Bring Associate’s degree in Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in real estate or title processing. Contract processing experience, a plus.
