Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of up to $25.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruiting activities by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting hiring processes.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee transition experience.

• Maintain employee and candidate records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support employee engagement, recognition, training, and development programs across the organization.

• Prepare reports, provide administrative support, and assist with various human resources initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Previous experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee programs, or administrative activities.

• Familiarity with HR systems and employee record management practices.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential information.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, candidates, and business partners.

• Customer service oriented mindset with a commitment to providing a positive employee experience.

• Collaborative and proactive approach with strong interpersonal relationship building skills.

• Ability to work independently, solve problems effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
