Social Worker

Job Title: Behavioral Health Tech/ Social Worker Assignment Length: 13 Weeks + Possible Extension Pay Rate: $2250-$2500/week Key Responsibilities: Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews with inmates. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and level of functioning. Provide individual counseling, mental health treatment, and crisis intervention services. Document assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and evaluations accurately in health care records. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive clinical information and records. Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques appropriately when providing treatment. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide timely and appropriate mental health support to address the needs of inmates. Perform all duties in accordance with facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulations. Requirements: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience , including at least 2 years in a comparable position . Must hold an unrestricted, independent clinical license in the applicable state of practice. Accepted licenses include: LCSW / LICSW LPC / LCPC / LPC-MHSP LMFT LCMFT LIMFT LISW LMHC LPCC LSCSW BLS certification required.
