Order Picker / Forklift Operator - Moreno Valley
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Order Picker / Forklift Operator to work with Deckers Brands in Moreno Valley. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of a fast-paced distribution environment, where you will be responsible for safely operating a reach forklift to move, pick, stage, and store inventory.
Shift Patterns
- 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
- Cherry Picker Forklift
Pay Rates
- 20.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Order Picker / Forklift Operator
- Experience operating a forklift and possess valid certification.
- Previous reach forklift experience preferred.
- Comfortable operating equipment at elevated heights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Role Responsibilities for Order Picker / Forklift Operator
- Operate reach forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick and move products from warehouse racks and storage locations.
- Load, unload, stack, and stage inventory.
- Safely operate equipment at elevated heights.
- Inspect products and loads for accuracy and damage.
- Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Location : Moreno Valley.
