Now Hiring: 1st or 2nd Shift Production Associate / Brazers | Direct Placement Position: 1st or 2nd Shift Production Associate / Brazers | Direct Placement Salary: $22.67- 23.67/hr - Union after 90 Days Key Responsibilities Assemble radiators and copper coil systems using blueprints and work orders Measure, cut, and build components to exact specifications Use hand tools, drills, and measuring equipment daily Install screws and brackets for metal components Maintain production timelines and quality standards Communicate equipment or process issues to leadership Participate in 5S organization and cleanliness initiatives Follow all safety and company procedures Required Qualifications 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience Able to work in a metal manufacturing environment with welders and assemblers Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to stand for 810 hours and lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or GED Understanding of PPE requirements (steel-toe boots, eye/ear protection) Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $47153.00 - $49233.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
