Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.Your ImpactThe Material Planner will plan and manage all aspects of material support for their designated products lines by coordinating efforts with Manufacturing, Product, Sales, Sales Operations and Logistics. Specifically, the Material Planner will utilize MRP to load forecasts, review inventory status, manage purchase orders, and work with the Procurement team to expedite material as necessary to support demand requirements.What You’ll DoLocation: Scottsdale, AZ officeReports to: Sr. Manager, Supply Chain PlanningManage inventory levels, both raw material and finished goods, in accordance with the quarterly forecasted demand per product lineIssue purchases orders to align incoming material to support production and demand requirementsContinuously monitor open purchase order lines and hold regular communication with Supply Chain Analysts to drive on-time deliveryDevelop production plans and communicate production requirements to Manufacturing teamsWork cross functionally with procurement, receiving, quality, engineering, and other teams to expedite material shortagesCoordinate interdepartmental activity with warehouse, inspection, quality, operations, procurement, engineering, logistics, and program managementOwn critical information such as forecasts, incoming deliveries, and projected demand throughout each quarterManage MRP inputs (forecasts, minimum & maximum inventory levels, etc.) and outputs (planned purchase orders, planned production orders, etc.)Become subject matter expert for designated product linesWhat You BringBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or another business-related fieldTwo or more (2+) years of experience in purchasing, material planning, inventory management, or related positionProficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to think strategically and execute tacticallyPersistent attention to detailJoin Forces mindset that can influence process changeBenefits that Benefit YouCompetitive salary and 401k with employer matchDiscretionary paid time offPaid parental leave for allMedical, Dental, Vision plansFitness ProgramsEmotional & Mental Wellness supportLearning & Development programsAnd yes, we have snacks in our officesBenefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you workDon’t meet every single requirement?
