Home Medical Equipment Driver & Patient Care Specialist

Rotech Healthcare Inc.

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Merrillville, IN is seeking a Customer Service Technician to handle delivery, setup, and maintenance of medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies, and to instruct patients and caregivers on proper use. You will also provide customer service in person and by phone to patients and referral sources. The role requires strong English communication, multitasking, and the ability to travel to patient homes.
