Finance Manager

Lead the Finance Team and oversee forecasting, budgeting, reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis. Drive long‑term financial planning, funding strategy, and technology initiatives supporting company growth. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, executive presentations, board materials, and stockholder reports. Provide variance analysis, business insights, risk/opportunity identification, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Manage specialized financial analyses, cost studies, loan compliance reporting, and peer/industry benchmarking. Support acquisition analysis and ensure all financial process documentation remains current. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Accounting, Legal, and IT; mentor and develop Finance Team members. Requirements: 7+ years in financial or accounting management; Bachelor’s required, MBA/CPA preferred. Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and experience with AI‑enabled financial tools. Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power BI AI preferred Hands‑on leadership style with ability to manage shifting priorities and cross‑functional communication. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls. #J-18808-Ljbffr
