Finance Manager

We are seeking a passionate Finance Manager to join our client's team in Santa Monica, CA. This is a dynamic role encompassing a wide range of financial responsibilities, from daily operations to strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in financial management.

This position offers the flexibility to work on a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite/week) in their Santa Monica office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $130,000 per year.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
  
  
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  
  
• Manage financial accounting, tax, and payroll functions.
  
  
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  
  

Qualifications:

• CPA designation with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  
  
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
