Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable financial insights. Own recurring financial planning cycles and deliver accurate, timely reporting while maintaining strong financial controls and governance. Identify financial risks, support audits and compliance activities, and improve financial planning, reporting, and operational processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related function. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency and enhance financial analysis. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations. Proactive, accountable, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex unstructured problems, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Experience in consumer products, retail, beauty, or another fast-paced commercial environment is preferred; experience in a complex matrixed organization, an MBA, and/or a CPA is a plus.
