Specialty Care Patient Engagement Go-To-Market Excellence Director

Role:
Lead the development and execution of Patient Engagement strategies within Specialty Care, focusing on diseases like Sickle Cell, Alopecia Areata, ATTR-CM, Immunoglobulin therapies, and Hemophilia. Objectives include translating clinical and commercial insights into scalable go-to-market plans, ensuring compliance, and optimizing patient and provider interactions. Responsibilities encompass strategy adaptation across program lifecycle phases, content operations, targeting and segmentation, channel and field execution, analytics, performance monitoring, and cross-functional governance. The role involves managing internal and external resources, partnering with marketing, legal, and medical teams, and overseeing the development of patient-facing materials and tools.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience in consumer marketing, operations, or strategy, with demonstrated leadership in matrix organizations, stakeholder influence, and project management. Strong strategic, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. High-value specifics include experience with launch planning, compliance (including review processes), multichannel engagement, and performance analytics in a healthcare setting.
Travel requirement is approximately 25%. The role reports to the Patient Solutions and Engagement Strategy and Enablement Lead and offers a hybrid work setup with competitive compensation and benefits.
