This individual will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving commercial success, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize impact in the ophthalmology space. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute U.S. marketing strategy for ophthalmic products, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning across multiple channels (HCP, patient, digital, and trade). Partner with sales, medical affairs, market access, and global marketing to ensure coordinated execution. Oversee market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks. Manage marketing budget, vendors, and agencies to deliver measurable ROI. Drive launch excellence for pipeline products and lifecycle management for in-line brands. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, life sciences, or related) preferred. 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech , with at least 3 years in ophthalmology, specialty pharma, or related therapeutic areas . Proven leadership in developing brand strategy and executing multichannel campaigns. Strong understanding of U.S. pharma regulations, compliance, and payer dynamics. Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with cross-functional collaboration. Location: Remote, USA – Travel required as needed for business and team meetings.
