What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
Proven track record managing high-volume operations successfully
Strong coaching and team-building capabilities
Solid understanding of food costs, inventory, and P&L
Availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends
