Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Partner with the GM to ensure flawless execution of every detail, every shift, by every team member Provide direction, coaching, and development on food quality, service standards, safety, and sanitation Ensure consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory, and cost controls Partner with the GM on financial performance, action plans, and new company initiatives Interview and help select team members, keeping staffing at the right levels with the right people Respond to guest feedback with urgency and turn every recovery into a raving fan Leverage the catering team to deepen community roots and build sales Keep the operation clean, stocked, and ready, from the smoker to the front door This Is Who You Are 5 + years of full-service restaurant management experience Hungry to grow into a General Manager seat and willing to earn it A coach first: you make the people around you better Organized, candid, and calm under pressure You don't settle for "satisfactory to most." You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and dining room.
