They must maintain a positive interpretation and enforcement of facility policies, rules, and guidelines to the YMCA members, guests, and participants. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years required. A high school diploma, or its equivalent, is preferred. Ability to work well with the public, have good communication and public relations skills, and skills in supervision of youth and adult activities.
