HR Director

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top company in North Phoenix to hire an experienced HR Director. This is a high-impact leadership role with a growing organization, offering the opportunity to oversee all HR and Talent Acquisition functions while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Compensation is up to $200,000 depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary HR leader for the organizationPartner with executive leadership on workforce and people strategiesLead full-cycle recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried employeesManage employee relations and resolve workplace issuesOversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance programsDevelop and improve HR policies, procedures, and training programsSupport leadership development and succession planning initiativesWork closely with safety teams on workers' compensation and return-to-work programsFoster a positive culture focused on employee engagement and retentionIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and organizational effectivenessQualifications:7 years of progressive HR leadership experienceProven experience leading both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functionsStrong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and complianceExperience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industriesDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
