The full Pay Range is $45,032.00 - $79,100.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Your role will involve understanding their needs, offering the right solutions, and building long-lasting relationships.Build and maintain strong relationships: You will be the first point of contact for mortgage products and services, working to deepen relationships with agents, builders, and other professionals. Your ability to create and deepen mortgage sourcing relationships is essential for the success of BECU's expansion markets.Generate new mortgage relationships: Prospecting and lead generation will be a key part of your role, with a focus on creating new mortgage relationships to drive BECU's growth.Contribute to individual and team goals: Your role goes beyond just selling; it involves contributing to the overall goal attainment, coaching and developing referral generation, and enhancing the member experience.Represent BECU in the community: Actively participating in community organizations and events to generate new mortgage business and educate others about the benefits of BECU's mortgage products and services.Serve as an escalation point: Being a direct point of contact for member issues and concerns, demonstrating the value and support BECU offers.Moderate travel requiredThis isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list.
