Oracle Cx Functional Field Service Manager As a Manager at Deloitte, you will lead an onshore functional team in delivering Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. You will demonstrate Oracle Field Service expertise and serve as a primary client contact to facilitate requirement gathering/clarifications, build personas and process flows, guide backlog grooming, solution designs, and articulate business during sprint demo/feature demos. Qualifications 8+ years relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with a minimum of 6 years relevant consulting in Oracle Field Service operations. 3+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements. Bachelor's degree or equivalent number of years of experience. Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred Skills Oracle Field Service certification. Hands‑on exposure to a minimum of two Oracle modules—Fusion Service, Service Logistics, Maintenance, Install Base, Projects, FinOps, and Subscription. Exposure to Construction industry in at least one full life cycle implementation. Experience implementing or configuring Oracle's Redwood UI in a cloud application environment (minimum of one project or six months of experience). The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $138,800 to $241,000.
