What You’ll Be Doing

As our Front End Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our front-end operations run smoothly and efficiently. Here’s what you can expect to tackle in this exciting role:

• Lead and inspire the front-end team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily front-end operations , including cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and customer interactions.
• Train and mentor team members , fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-end area , ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident and experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
