Finance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience. Strong hands-on accounting foundation with experience owning the month-end close process. Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business is required. Strong understanding of GAAP financial reporting requirements. Working knowledge of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition, including recurring revenue, deferred revenue, and related subscription accounting workflows. NetSuite experience required. The candidate does not need to be a NetSuite administrator, but must be comfortable using NetSuite for close, reporting, reconciliations, and accounting workflows. Hands-on full-cycle accounting experience, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, accruals, reconciliations, billing, and collections. Experience preparing monthly financial statements, variance analysis, budgeting support, forecasting support, and cash planning. Ability to improve and document accounting processes as the company scales. Comfortable working in a lean accounting environment with one other accountant. Software: NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, SaaS accounting systems and workflows, Integrated billing or payment platforms Nice to Haves: CPA preferred, but not required. Prior experience in a hands-on accounting leadership or senior accounting role preferred. Experience with billing, payment, or integrated SaaS platforms is a plus.
