Support day-to-day execution of water and wastewater construction projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and underground utilities Assist with project cost controls, including quantity tracking, pay applications, change management, and forecasting Manage and track submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and document control Review drawings, specifications, and contract requirements to support field operations Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors. Support development and maintenance of project schedules and look-ahead planning Assist with procurement, subcontract administration, and buyout activities Support quality control documentation and compliance requirements Promote and support jobsite safety, quality, and environmental standards Participate in client meetings and contribute to professional owner relationships Other duties as required. Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience. 46 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred. Experience supporting projects for municipal or public owners (DC Water experience preferred) Strong understanding of project controls, contract administration, and cost tracking Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment Willingness to work extended hours as required by project demands Your Work Has Purpose Here PCL projects are where life happens, where communities connect, careers begin, and progress is made.
