We are in need of a Senior Project Engineer/ Assistant Project Manager to oversee a wide variety of construction projects. The ideal applicant will be highly organized, able to ensure high quality standards are met, and will be proactive. Job Responsibilities Include Ensure high quality standards are met Establishing and maintaining Contract Document logs, posting changes electronically Managing distribution of documents Assisting with preparing monthly reports Writing scopes of work for bids and assist in preparation of bid packages Performing quality surveys (takeoffs) for all changes Preparing estimates Traveling and coordinating projects on-site Ensure supplies and equipment are available Collaborating with subcontractors, engineers, and key team members Coordinating required inspections with local authorities Requirements BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3+, years of experience in a similar role Demonstrated comprehension of project specific safety plans Strong understanding of construction operation and processes Must be able to travel to the jobsites Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment Strong knowledge of MS Office.
