A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Retail Warehouse Supervisor – Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and product distribution. Support merchandise fulfillment for retail stores, e-commerce orders, game days, special events, and off-site activations. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, organization, audits, and proper system updates. Coordinate product movement between warehouse, stores, event locations, and fulfillment operations. Prioritize workload and projects based on business needs and deadlines. Assist with training and directing warehouse team members and seasonal staff. Maintain clean, safe, organized warehouse spaces and back-of-house operations. Analyze inventory reports and use data to support operational decisions. Continuously identify efficiencies and process improvements that set the business up for long-term success. Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!) Perform any other duties as assigned

THE PERFECT MATCH

We might be a great match if the below applies to you – Previous warehouse, retail operations, logistics, or inventory management experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required (sorting, filtering, basic reporting, inventory tracking). Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, Shopify, Retail Cloud, or other back-end retail systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
