A mid-level System Engineer – Linux Developer to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in enterprise domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in testing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Technical Skills An excellent techie with strong experience in OS Engineering, Kernel Development, ProLiant Server, Networking Very well versed with debugging and rot cause analysis Linux OS knowledge Linux and microcontroller expert Coding experience for micro controllers Work experience with Microchip QA knowledge Great communication skill and able to work little or no supervision. Knowledge of HPE Servers and other HPE Firmware, Enterprise Applications Process Skills Capable of analyzing requirements and test software, firmware as per project defined process Understand the Priority, Urgency and Managing Customer Expectations Ability to duplicate, debug, resolve customer reported issues in a very high paced environment. Behavioral Skills Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity. Qualifications Somebody who has at least 4+ years of work experience in Linux Kernel Development. Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
