The Lunchroom at SPACE 519 - winner of ‘OpenTable Diner’s Choice,’ Chicago Magazine’s ‘Hot List,’ and Modern Luxury ‘Brunch Buzz - seeks part-time Servers for daily breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch dining.
Our savvy clientele loves our creative, organic, California inspired cuisine.
SPACE 519, one of Chicago’s top fashion and lifestyle destinations introduced The Lunchroom, a 40-person sit-down restaurant and all day coffee café when it relocated and expanded its flagship location in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago in April, 2018. In August of this year, they opened their second location in the historically redeveloped Plaza del Lago shopping center in Wilmette.
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years industry experience, excellent communications skills and an understanding of food and beverage. They will be professional in appearance; gracious and friendly in demeanor; and polished to deliver exceptional service to the store’s upscale clientele. Standard service etiquette is a must. The Lunchroom at SPACE 519 is not regularly open for dinner, but will host occasional private and store sponsored events in the late afternoon and evening.
