Marketing Associate (Bilingual: Chinese)

Marketing AssociateThe Marketing Associate is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships in the field with new and existing referral sources who can refer clients to our company. He/she is a key member of our Business Development team and helps lead the creation and implementation of referral strategies that increase patient census, brand awareness, and overall company visibility.Key Responsibilities:Obtain referrals from existing referral sources and follow up to ensure patients are enrolled with the agencyBuild strategic partnerships and develop techniques to attract new clients in the industrySchedule and present information about True Care's programs and services to community organizations, including doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing homes, independent living facilities, planning boards, and other healthcare professionalsUtilize marketing strategies and techniques to attract new patientsResearch and participate in health and wellness fairs throughout New York City; coordinate partnerships with different health agencies with long-term impact goals in mindAttend community events as neededDevelop compelling and concise outreach materials in collaboration with the Branding departmentDemonstrate thorough knowledge of the agency, including our vision, mission, and values; the services we provide; and how we differentiate ourselves from other home care agenciesProvide monthly reports on outreach effortsPerform other related marketing duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma/College degree in a related business field preferredThis role requires up to 75% travel within New York City; having a car is requiredBilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is requiredKnowledge of and experience in the Home Care Private Client sector is a plusAt least 1 year of outreach, marketing, or home care experience is highly preferredKnowledge and experience with computer applications, including Salesforce and ExcelExcellent sales and marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skillsSelf-driven with strong business development goals and the ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomesClean, professional image, behavior, and demeanor are expected at all timesMaintaining standards of high quality customer serviceBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPTO and paid holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesMission-driven work in an innovative healthcare space
