Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid LPN/LVN license
• Proven experience working with students with severe disabilities or medical challenges
• Skilled in administering and monitoring G-tube feedings
• Confident in utilizing Hoyer lifts and assisting with diapering multiple students throughout the day
• Experience managing daily medications and responding effectively to seizures
• Strong professional communication skills in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Adaptable, reliable, and thrives in settings where needs are complex and care is hands-on
• Genuine interest in supporting students with autism, developmental, and medical disabilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and supervision to students with varying levels of medical dependency
• Safely administer and record daily medications and treatments
• Deliver specialized feedings and perform complex healthcare procedures
• Support mobility and activities of daily living, including transfers and hygiene needs
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as seizure management and urgent medical needs
• Foster a positive, respectful environment for all students and collaborate with staff on individual care plans
