This position provides oversight, direction, and supervision of safety and security matters related to the public by performing the duties listed below.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Serves as liaison with Police, security, medical services and front of house staff in all matters involving event safety, security and traffic controlAssists in coordination of third-party security staff, to ensure appropriate coverageResponsible for responding to and properly documenting guest related incidents and/or injuriesDemonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs and requests for service and/or assistanceEfficiently and courteously provides guidance to guests and staff concerning event safety and securityCompletes various records and reportsPerforms other related duties as assigned by venue managementQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
