Global Star is expanding in Birmingham, AL , and we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Enrollment Representatives . This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer service, customer enrollment, account support, client relations, and customer experience.

As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll work directly with new and existing customers, answer questions, explain available products and services, and guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process. You'll focus on making each interaction simple, informative, and positive while helping customers find options that fit their needs.

No previous experience is required. Global Star provides hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and continued professional development to help new team members succeed.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with new account enrollments and service selections
• Speak directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Explain products, services, pricing, promotions, and account options
• Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and service updates
• Answer questions and provide professional customer support
• Review enrollment information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
• Follow up with customers regarding enrollment and service needs
• Develop strong knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
• Work with your team to support customer satisfaction and performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work full-time and on-site in Birmingham, AL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Dependable, organized, and motivated to learn
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, account support, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
