• PM shift -- 3:00 pm - 1:00 am, 10-hour nights
• Level II Trauma Center setting
• Trauma patients -- emergency assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• High-risk procedures: chest tubes, central lines, intubation, paracentesis
• Low/moderate risk: laceration repair, fracture reductions, IV access
• ATLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• Leave coverage -- urgent need
• Surgical privileges available for qualifying candidates
