Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Client Relationship Management: Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate accounts, and other stakeholders. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis toidentifynew business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team tooptimizepricing and inventory strategies. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement. Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, ora relatedfield, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
