Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

Codebridge is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who will support day-to-day marketing operations, help maintain our content and website, and assist in building scalable, AI-enhanced marketing processes. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who wants to grow in B2B tech marketing. Responsibilities: Content & SEO Support Assist in executing the content marketing plan (blog, case studies, website, LinkedIn) Write and edit marketing content under guidance (articles, updates, social posts) Conduct research using AI and credible sources; summarize insights for content creation Optimize on-page content following SEO best practices (keywords, internal linking, updates) Prepare outlines, briefs, and materials for articles, infographics, presentations Help maintain company publications: website, blog, landing pages Marketing Operations & Web Support Update and optimize website content (Webflow) Assist in creating landing page messaging and structure Support preparation of email sequences, newsletters, and simple automations (no-code tools, AI tools) Manage social media publishing, content scheduling, and basic engagement Campaign & Project Support Help implement marketing campaigns across email, website, and social channels Assist the Lead Marketing Manager with coordinating tasks and maintaining marketing processes Use generative AI tools to speed up research, summarization, and content preparation Research & Insights (Lightweight) Conduct basic competitor and industry research Collect information and turn it into structured briefs or summaries for the marketing team Requirements: Experience & Skills 0.5–1.5 years of experience in digital marketing or strong internship background (B2B or tech — a plus) Basic understanding of: SEO and content optimization; Website CMS tools (Webflow or similar); Email marketing tools and social media management Ability to write clearly and concisely in English for a B2B audience Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT/LLMs) to enhance workflows Upper-Intermediate English (especially writing) Soft Skills Curious and eager to learn Detail-oriented and responsible Proactive, autonomous, and willing to take ownership of tasks Able to work in a structured and process-oriented environment We Offer: Collaborative Environment : Join a team that values collaboration, creativity, and mutual respect Career Growth : Performance reviews and constructive feedback Generous Time Off : 20 paid vacation days and 15 sick leave days annually, ensuring you have the time to recharge Professional Development : We support your growth by compensating for courses, certifications, and other educational opportunities Flexible Work Options : Work remotely from the comfort of your home or join us in our modern Kyiv office #J-18808-Ljbffr Codebridge
