Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10 to 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and enterprise-level application architecture.

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments

• Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments

• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git-based version control systems

• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado

• Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools

• Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths

• Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments

• Exposure to multi-org strategies or org consolidation initiatives

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
